CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - Top-seeded VCU (15-8) heads to a third consecutive A-10 Women's Tennis final with a 4-0 win against No. 5 Fordham (13-7) on Saturday at Boar's Head Sports Club. The Rams will face the winner of Saturday's second semifinal between No. 2 Richmond and No. 3 Massachusetts.

The Rams took control of the match early, winning on courts three and one in doubles. Ludvine Burguiere and Olga Barshcheuskaya defeated Estelle Wong and Julie Leong, 8-3 before Cindy Chala and Salome Kvitashvili took an 8-4 against Ellie Ball and Sarah Ali at top doubles.

VCU's Cindy Chala earned the first singles point with a 6-0, 6-2 win over Ellie Ball at No. 1 singles. On courts two, four and five, VCU took the first sets. At No. 6 singles, Fordham's Bella Genkina netted the opening set, 6-4 over Ana Batiri, while VCU's Olga Barshcheuskaya battled back to win the first set in the tiebreaker, 7-6(3) over Estelle Wong.

Darya Berezhnaya and Ludvine Burguiere each picked up straight set wins to clinch the match for the VCU Rams, who will play in a third consecutive A-10 final, Sunday at 10:00 am.
