ORLANDO, Fla. – The 2026 Atlantic 10 Men’s Tennis Championship continued Thursday afternoon with two Quarterfinal matches at the USTA National Campus. Third-seeded Dayton matched up with sixth-seeded Duquesne, and No. 2 seed Saint Joseph’s met No. 7 seed Fordham.

Match 5: #3 Dayton def. #6 Duquesne, 4-0
The third-seed Dayton Flyers flew past No. 6 seed Duquesne on Thursday afternoon, advancing into the A-10 Men’s Tennis Semifinals. The Flyers won the doubles point without dropping a game on the top two positions, winning 6-0 on Court 1 and 6-0 on Court 2. Dayton’s Alfons Ridstrom got a singles victory by retirement while leading in the second set on Court 5, before Kyle McNally earned a 6-0, 6-2 victory over Duquesne’s Enrique Lana at the top position. Dayton’s Mikkel Zinder defeated Duquesne’s Aril Kayra Tuna 6-2, 6-1 to clinch the match.

Match 6: #2 Saint Joseph’s def. #7 Fordham, 4-0
The No. 2 seed Saint Joseph’s Hawks advanced to the A-10 Men’s Tennis Championship Semifinals on Thursday with a 4-1 win over No. 7 seed Fordham. Saint Joseph’s won a tightly contested doubles point despite dropping a match on Court 2, winning 6-2 on Court 1 and 6-4 on Court 3. Fordham’s William Lokier tied things up with a 6-0, 6-0 win at the top position, but Saint Joseph’s Othman Bezzaz won 6-1, 6-3 on position four to put the Hawks back in front. Sehaj Singh Pawar gave Saint Joseph’s a 3-1 lead with a 7-6 (5), 6-3 victory over Diego Cueto de Romana, before Jakob Gaudrea Barnes clinched the match for the Hawks with a 6-1, 7-6 (5) win over Fordham’s Ruben Russworm.
