WASHINGTON – Dayton sophomore Kyle McNally was recognized as the Atlantic 10 Men’s Most Outstanding Performer, while Fordham freshman Filip Horak was honored as the A-10 Most Outstanding Rookie. Dayton head coach Ryan Meyer was awarded the Coach of the Year. The awards were announced on Monday.

The three end of season awards along with the All-Conference were voted on by the A-10 men’s tennis head coaches. The All-Academic team was chosen by the league’s communication directors.

McNally went undefeated in A-10 singles play and finished the season 26-8 overall in singles. He collected wins over opponents at Louisville and Vanderbilt. McNally, who won the 2024 Most Outstanding Rookie honor, was the A-10 fall individual champion in singles. The two-time A-10 Player of the Week recipient went 18-4 at No. 1 singles. McNally, from Algonquin, Ill., finished the season 20-9 at doubles.

Horak, from Prague, Czechia, compiled a 14-4 record at singles across courts one, two and three. He also went 12-2 in doubles matches. Horak collected two of three singles matches at the A-10 fall individual event. Horak was a one-time recipient of the A-10 Rookie of the Week honors.

Meyer led Dayton to the top-seed at the A-10 Men’s Tennis Championship in his 13th season at the helm. A three-time Coach of the Year recipient, he led the Flyers to a 22-4 record and a 7-0 mark in the conference. Meyer guided the Flyers to an 18-game winning streak.
