WASHINGTON -- 14 men’s and 14 women’s Atlantic 10 cross country programs are set to compete in the NCAA Regionals on Friday, November 14, across five regional sites. Each Atlantic 10 program qualifies for the NCAA Regionals.
Four A-10 teams will compete in the NCAA Southeast Regional: Davidson, George Mason, Richmond and VCU. Hosted by the University of Virginia at Panorama Farms, the women’s 6K event begins at 10 a.m. ET, and the men’s 10K is at 11 a.m. ET.
Fordham, Rhode Island and St. Bonaventure are slated for the NCAA Northeast Regional at Hopkinton Fairgrounds hosted by Boston College. The women’s 6K is at 11 a.m. ET and the men’s 10K follows at 12 p.m. ET.
Loyola Chicago, the 2025 A-10 Men’s and Women’s Cross Country champions, and Saint Louis will travel to Stillwater, OK for the NCAA Midwest Regional at the Oklahoma State Cross Country Course, hosted by OSU. The women’s 6K race is first at 11:30 a.m. followed by the men’s 10K at 12:30 p.m. ET. Dayton will compete in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional at Angel Mounds hosted by Evansville. The women’s 6K is at 11 a.m. ET proceeded by the men’s 10K at 12 p.m. ET.
Duquesne, George Washington, La Salle and Saint Joseph’s are set for the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional at the Goodman Course hosted by Lehigh. The women’s 6K event is at 12 p.m. ET and the men’s 10K is at 1 p.m. ET.
The South and Midwest regionals will be livestreamed on ESPN+. Following the NCAA regionals, the NCAA Division I men’s and women’s cross country selection show is scheduled for Saturday, November 15th at 5 p.m. ET on NCAA.com.
