WASHINGTON – Dayton senior Victor Caliguri earned Under Armour Men’s Golfer of the Week and Richmond freshman Lucas Rizo-Patron received Men’s Rookie of the Week, the Atlantic 10 announced on Tuesday. Dayton senior Christina Pfefferkorn collected Under Armour Women’s Golfer of the Week, while her freshman teammate Etta Huffman was tabbed as Women’s Rookie of the Week.  

Caliguri, a Cincinnati, Ohio native, turned in his third-consecutive top 10 finish after tying for second place at Miami Ohio's Moraine Intercollegiate. On his way to his career-best finish, he carded a career-low round of 64 (-7) on the second 18 and parred a total of 40 holes. Caliguri tied for second amongst a pool of 78 golfers.  

Rizo-Patron, a Rye, NY native, earned his second top-20 finish in his freshman campaign. Leading the Spiders at the Bash in the Boro event, Rizo-Patron shot 73-69-70(-4) across the three round tournament. He placed 11th and helped Richmond finish fourth at the tournament.  

Pfefferkorn was one of Dayton's top finishers at the team's annual Dayton Flyer Invitational, tying for 20th place out of a field of 74. She closed out the three-round event strong, turning in a career-low score of 71 on the final 18. Pfefferkorn, a Carmel, IN native, led the team with six birdies and a 4.21 average on par-four holes which ranked fifth among the field. 

Huffman was one of Dayton's top finishers at its Flyer Invitational, tying for 20th out of the field of 74. The Houston, TX native led the Flyers and ranked fifth among the field with 34 parred holes over the 54-hole event.
