WASHINGTON — The Atlantic 10 Conference has announced its weekly honors in women’s soccer. The awards are for games played from October 26 – November 1.

Offensive Player of the Week: Kayden Williams (So., Harrisburg, Pa.), La Salle
Defensive Player of the Week: Allison Deardorff (Sr., Itasca, Ill.), Loyola Chicago
Rookie of the Week: Sophia Michel (Fr., Bowie, Md.), George Washington

Kayden Williams picked a great time to have her best game of the year. The sophomore from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania delivered a hat trick against Duquesne, scoring all three goals in a 3-0 victory. Williams scored in the 41st, 77th, and 80th minutes to give the Explorers a comfortable victory. The win for the Explorers is a big one, giving them 20 conference points and placing them third in the final conference standings. They end the year just one conference point above George Mason and two above Rhode Island, slotting them in at No. 3 in the A10 Tournament.

Allison Deardorff has been a big reason why Loyola Chicago is in the A10 women’s soccer tournament this year. The senior netminder gave the Ramblers another shutout this weekend in a 2-0 victory over Saint Joseph’s. This win puts Loyola Chicago at the No. 6 seed in the tournament with 17 conference points. Deardorff has been not only one of the best goaltenders in the conference, but in the nation. She leads all NCAA goaltenders in shutouts with 11, making the Ramblers a tough out in the postseason.

Another team that needed a win and secured one, George Washington’s Sophia Michel lands her second weekly honor of 2026. Michel provided the insurance goal needed to give the Revs a 2-0 win over St. Bonaventure. The win gave George Washington a spot in the tournament, slotting in as the seventh seed. As a freshman, Michel leads the Revs with nine goals, good for second in the conference.
