NEWPORT NEWS, Va.—The Atlantic 10 announced Wednesday that 13 women’s rowers have been selected for the A-10 Rowing All-Academic team.
The team was chosen by a vote of the league’s rowing media relations directors to recognize student-athletes for their combined prowess in both the classroom and in the boat.
The 2023 champion, George Washington, had four student-athletes honored, the most of any school. Madison Barker of Duquesne, Maren Geier from Fordham, GW’s Ezi Emineke and Saint Joseph’s Riley McDade were also named All-Conference following the 2023 Atlantic 10 Rowing Championship.
