The 2025-26 Atlantic 10 Student-Athlete Advisory Committee has selected their 2026 Spring Initiative, "Future Leaders in Motion," which will encourage exercise, and competition amongst community members. All 14 schools will partcipate in the initiative, creating and strengthening roots with their local community through sports.

"I'm passionate about showing young people how athletics can shape lives," A-10 SAAC president and George Mason rower June Johnson said. "By connecting with our community, my hope is that the talent and dedication of athletes in our conference inspires the next generation to stay active and engaged in sports. In 10-15 years, when these kids reach college, I want our future athletes to remember experiences like this, and give back to those that come after them!"
