WASHINGTON – Saint Louis sophomore Brae Sanchez collected Under Armour Men’s Swimming and Diving Performer of the Week honors and Fordham freshman Quinn MacPhail earned Rookie of the Week accolades, the Atlantic 10 Conference announced on Tuesday. Rhode Island senior Olivia Winslow was tabbed as Women’s Swimming and Diving Performer of the Week, while St. Bonaventure freshman Kate Hill was awarded Rookie of the Week. The awards are for competitions from October 7 to October 12. 

At the Little Rock Fall Invite, Sanchez led the Billikens to a team victory with wins in the 100-yard breast (55.04), 200-yard breast (2:06.32) and 50-yard breast (24.90). He also swam the leadoff leg on SLU's winning 400 medley relay team (3:30.62). His 50-breast and 100-breast times lead the conference. The Oak Lawn, Ill. Native also holds the 19th fastest 50-breast time in Division I.  

MacPhail, from Shaker Heights, Ohio, was a dual event winner against St. Bonaventure on Saturday. He claimed the top spot in the 1000-yard freestyle (9:23.15) and the 400-yard individual medley (4:01.99). MacPhail’s 400-IM time is the fastest in the conference, while his 1,000-free time is second.  

Winslow swept the diving events to help Rhode Island defeat Siena and Stonehill in its season-opening meet. Winslow, a native of Ballston Spa, NY, won the 1-meter dive with a score of 282.75, beating the rest of the field by 42 points or higher. She also won the 3-meter dive with a score of 274.05. In both events, Winslow led a 1-2-3 sweep for Rhode Island. She holds the top 1-meter score in the conference and seventh best in the nation.  

Hill placed second in the 100-yard free against Penn State with a time of 51.89, earning a podium spot in her first ever collegiate meet. Her 100-free time ranks first in the conference. She earned her first collegiate win against Rutgers and Fordham, placing first in the 100-free with a time of 52.05.
