BRONX, N.Y. – Second-seeded Fordham used two back-to-back four-run innings, capped off by Jordy Storms grand slam, to surge past sixth-seeded George Washington, 8-0 in five innings, in Thursday’s second game of the 2018 Atlantic 10 Softball Championship at Bahoshy Field on the campus of Fordham University.

Fordham (31-21) advances to face top-seeded Massachusetts at 12:00 pm on Friday. The Colonials (33-20) will face third-seeded Dayton at 5:00 pm in an elimination game.
