A-10 Schools Land Seven Student-Athletes on NFCA All-Region Teams

WASHINGTON – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced the 2026 NFCA Division I All-Region accolades on Thursday, selected by NFCA member head coaches. Seven student-athletes from Atlantic 10 programs received All-Region honors.

George Washington’s Cece Smith was named to the East Region First Team at the pitcher/utility position, while her teammate Ashley Corpuz earned East Region Third Team accolades in the outfield alongside Saint Joseph’s junior Julia Shearer in the pitcher/utility slot.

A-10 Pitcher of the Year Izzy Kemp, a Dayton senior, was named to the Great Lakes Region First Team. Saint Louis pitcher Anna Christ received Midwest Region Third Team honors.

Fordham landed two student-athletes on the Northeast Region Second Team: outfielder Neleh Nogay and designated player Sadira Forcucci. After winning the A-10 Championship last week, the Rams will face Arkansas on Friday, May 15 at 5:30 p.m. ET in the NCAA Tournament Fayetteville Regional.

The 2026 NFCA Division I All-America teams, voted on by the NFCA DI All-American Committee, will be announced on Wednesday, May 27.
