RICHMOND, Va. -- The 2016-17 Atlantic 10 women's basketball season is just a few weeks away from tip-off, and the league will hold its annual Media Day on Tuesday. For the fourth straight year, A-10 Live! will be interviewing all 14 head coaches. The show, which is produced on site at Media Day will also feature Atlantic 10 Commissioner Bernadette V. McGlade.

The interviews can be seen live on Facebook Live (facebook.com/atlantic10) and the A-10 Network. Robert Fish returns to host the event, which begins at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday.

The Atlantic 10 will also release the 2016-17 Preseason All-Conference Teams and the Preseason Poll at Media Day, which is being held at the Richmond Marriott in Richmond, Va.

The 2016-17 women’s basketball season tips off on Friday, Nov. 11. Conference play begins on Thursday, Dec. 1. The 2017 Atlantic 10 Women’s Basketball Championship will feature a new, enhanced format, with six first-round games being played on campus sites, Feb. 25 and 26, before heading to Richmond, March 3-5 for the quarterfinals, semifinals and championship final. All seven games of the championship played in the Richmond Coliseum will be nationally televised by A-10 media partners: ASN (quarterfinals), CBS Sports Network (semifinals) and ESPNU (championship final).
