GW and URI Game Suspended; Will Resume Friday Morning

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Atlantic 10 Baseball Championship game between Rhode Island and George Washington has been suspended due to rain and lighting. The game will resume at 10:00 a.m. on Friday morning.

The game is currently tied 1-1 in the bottom of the fifth inning. GW is batting with one out and a runner on third base.

Following the completion of that contest, Xavier and Charlotte will play at Noon. Saint Louis will face the winner of URI and GW at 3:30 p.m. while the loser of XU and Charlotte will take on the winner of that game at 7:00 p.m.
