Natalie Rogers serves as Associate Commissioner and Senior Woman Administrator for the Atlantic 10 Conference, where she leads initiatives that support engagement, inclusion, and impact across the Conference. Since joining the A-10 in 2023, she has served as the league’s liaison to Senior Women Administrators, oversees the Commission on Engagement, Inclusion, and Impact, and provides leadership for Olympic sport championships in Field Hockey and Women’s Lacrosse.
Rogers brings extensive experience in intercollegiate athletics administration, compliance, student-athlete development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to joining the Atlantic 10, she served as Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Well-Being, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Senior Woman Administrator at American University, where she directed student-athlete support services, oversaw Title IX and gender equity efforts, led departmental DEI initiatives, and served as sport administrator for multiple programs. She previously spent more than a decade at the NCAA national office, where she worked in enforcement and amateurism certification while serving as a liaison to conferences, institutions, and sport organizations.
A former Division I tennis student-athlete at the University of Michigan, Rogers also brings coaching experience from Bryn Mawr College and the University of Chicago. A native of Grand Rapids, Mich., she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Michigan and a master’s degree in sports leadership from Duquesne University. She resides in Alexandria, Va., with her husband.
