Lynae Harris serves as Director of Compliance and Governance for the Atlantic 10 Conference, where she supports the Conference’s compliance and governance operations. In her role, she assists with the interpretation and application of NCAA legislation, Conference policies, and compliance procedures while working with member institutions to support adherence to NCAA and Atlantic 10 rules and regulations.
Harris earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Christopher Newport University in 2023, and was a student manager with the Captains’ women’s basketball program throughout her four years. After graduating from Christopher Newport University, Harris completed compliance internships with Atlantic 10 member institutions VCU and Richmond.
Harris received her J.D. from the University of Richmond in 2026, serving as president of both the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Mindfulness in the Law Society.
