HEALTH AND SAFETY PLANS FOR SPECTATOR AREAS
Attendance is subject to local and state health official restrictions and guidance for spectator capacity. Currently fan/spectator attendance at the Atlantic 10 Championship will be limited to family and friends of the Official Travel party.
The Atlantic 10 and the three championship host institutions will follow stringent health and safety protocols for all aspects of the championship. This includes the following actions for fan areas:
- Seating will be physically distanced and grouped by households.
- Spectator seating areas will be sanitized after each game when there is only one-game per session (i.e., Thursday, Friday and Sunday), and after each session, when there are two games per session (i.e., Wednesday and Saturday) for Men's Championship.
- For the Women's Championship, sanitization will occur following each session.
- No hard tickets will be utilized (i.e., e-tickets only).
- A-10 Championship host venues will use touchless concessions
- Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be available throughout the venue.
VIRTUAL FAN ENGAGEMENT
With every A-10 Championship game on national television or ESPN+, fans can enjoy the league championships from the comfort of their own home.
This year, to involve fans in the championship in a unique way, the A-10 will not only broadcast each post-game press conference, but will also take a selection of fan questions for the student-athletes and coaches.
- The press conferences will be available via link on the A-10 Championship page.
- Fans will be able to enter written questions either on social media or on the streaming platform page.
- The A-10 will select 2-3 questions from fans to ask each set of interviewees.
