WASHINGTON — The Atlantic 10 Conference has announced its weekly honors in cross country. The awards are for meets from August 31-6.

MEN  
Performer of the Week: Gavin Mogck (Media, Pa.), Saint Joseph’s
Rookie Performer of the Week: Jameson Tenopir (Cary, Ill.), Saint Louis
WOMEN
Performer of the Week: Oliwia Wawrzyniak (Harrisburg, Pa.), Saint Louis
Rookie Performer of the Week: Sydney Gertsen (Plainfield, Ill.), Saint Louis

Following his 11th place finish in the 2025 A10 Championships, Gavin Mogck picked up right where he left off, placing third overall and first among Saint Joseph’s runners in the 6,000m at the Lehigh Open with a time of 18:22.5. Billiken freshman Jameson Tenopir had a great start to his collegiate career, placing second among the Billiken runners in the 6,000m with a 18:27.3.

The Billikens were great on both sides of the track this weekend, as Oliwia Wawrzyniak got it going in the women’s 4,000m with a first-place time of 12:53.5. Her freshman counterpart, Sydney Gertsen, came third overall and second on the team with a 13:30.3. Saint Louis is off to a great start this season after being projected to finish fourth in the conference while receiving a first-place vote.
