WASHINGTON – Atlantic 10 Commissioner Dan Leibovitz has announced the addition of Lynae Harris to his staff as the A10’s Director of Compliance and Governance.

Harris will support the conference’s governance, compliance, and legislative affairs functions including rules interpretations for both the NCAA and the College Sports Commission (CSC), legislative tracking, waiver administration, and membership education.

“We are thrilled to welcome Lynae to the Atlantic 10,” Leibovitz said. “Her impressive background, including her recent graduation from the University of Richmond School of Law, will further enhance the governance and compliance support we provide to our fourteen member institutions. Lynae has demonstrated a burning desire to learn, grow and succeed, making her an ideal fit for our team.”

Harris received her J.D. from the University of Richmond in 2026, serving as president of both the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Mindfulness in the Law Society.

Harris earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Christopher Newport University in 2023, and was a student manager with the Captains’ women’s basketball program throughout her four years. After graduating from Christopher Newport University, Harris completed compliance internships with Atlantic 10 member institutions VCU and Richmond.
