Defensive Player of the Week: Sam Coss (R-Sr., Bowie, Md.), Duquesne
Rookie of the Week: Mateusz Drazek (Fr., Des Plaines, Ill.), Loyola Chicago
Marko Rasmussen helped the Dukes earn their first victory of the 2026 campaign on Sunday, scoring two goals in a 3-0 win over Bowling Green. Just 17 seconds after Duquesne took a 1-0 lead in the 76

Sam Coss stifled opposing offenses, logging two clean sheets to start the 2026 season. The fifth-year goalkeeper recorded two saves in a scoreless draw with Lafayette, following up that performance with a seven-save shutout against Bowling Green. Coss became the first Duquesne goalkeeper to open the year with consecutive shutouts since Domenic Nascimben in 2022.
Mateusz Drazek tallied three points off the bench for Loyola Chicago, leading the Ramblers to a pair of wins. The freshman posted an assist in a 2-0 victory against Green Bay, scoring the first goal of his collegiate career in a 3-1 triumph over NIU on Sunday.
