MARICOPA, Ariz. - Rhode Island tees off at the 2026 National Golf Invitational Friday morning, its second straight year making a national postseason appearance.
The only school making a repeat appearance in the 10-team field, 50-player field, the Rams will be represented by Luke Stennett, Aidan O'Donovan, Tyler Brueau, Josiah Tong and Tony Liu. It is the same five that represented the team at the 2026 Atlantic 10 Championship, where URI placed fourth.
Liu will be the first player to tee off. He and Missouri's Brock Snyder will tee off at 9:45 a.m. EST on the first hole. The Rams and Tigers will be paired for the tournament's opening round.
Rhode Island placed fourth out of 10 schools at the 2025 NGI.
