Saint Joseph’s has won the last five A10 Tournament titles and eight of the last nine. This year, the Hawks will be the top seed after sweeping through the regular season with a perfect 6-0 record. This marks SJU’s ninth regular-season championship, with eight of them coming over the last 11 seasons.

Richmond and VCU played each other Friday in what was essentially a game to decide which teams will wear which uniforms in the second semifinal next Thursday; the teams were already guaranteed a rematch as the second and third seeds. The Spiders won Friday’s regular-season finale, 4-1, and will be the second seed while the Rams—who are serving as this year’s tournament host—will take the third seed.

Davidson earned the final spot in the field late Friday, scoring a 7-1 win over Lock Haven. That allowed the Wildcats to gain the fourth seed via tiebreaker over Saint Louis and La Salle after all three finished the regular season with identical 2-4 conference records.
