WASHINGTON — The Atlantic 10 Conference selected Duquesne junior Kaitlyn Killinger as the Under Armour Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week while Loyola Chicago redshirt sophomore Allison Deardorff received her second Defensive Player of the Week honor. Dayton freshman Caroline Schork was named the Rookie of the Week. The awards were announced on Monday for games played from Sep. 15-21.

Killinger, a forward from Plum, Pa., led Duquesne to a 3-0 victory over Richmond in the Dukes’ conference opener, recording three points on a goal and an assist. Leading 1-0 at halftime, Killinger expanded the gap by placing a well-struck corner kick in perfect position for Brianna Moore to score on a header. Killinger found the net on a left-footed laser in the 82^nd minute as well, sealing the league victory.

Deardorff continues to stifle opponents in net. The Itasca, Ill. native goalkeeper recorded a season-high eight saves for her NCAA-leading seventh overall shutout this season, anchoring the Ramblers to a 1-0 triumph over Fordham. Deardorff currently leads the Atlantic 10 in goals against average (.333) shutouts per game (.778) and save percentage (.921).

Schork, a defender from Medina, Ohio, scored her first career goal in the Flyers’ 2-0 road win over La Salle to kick off A-10 play. Schork found the back of the net off a perfect feed from Karli Ferguson, giving Dayton a two-goal advantage in the 82^nd minute.
