George Mason's Harris, Bonnies' Shaw Collect Under Armour #A10WBB Weekly Laurels

WASHINGTON -- The Atlantic 10 Conference has named George Mason's sophomore guard Kennedy Harris as its Under Armour Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for the second time this year. St. Bonaventure freshman Zoe Shaw was named the Under Armour Rookie of the Week, also for the second time this year. The awards were announced Monday and are for games played on January 20-26.

Harris averaged 26 points on 55.2% shooting, including a career-high 29 points on 64.3% shooting in a come-from-behind win over Davidson. The Hampton, Va. native also shot 75% from behind the arc, including a 6-7 performance against GW on Saturday. The Patriots' leading scorer also led the team in assists this week, averaging 6 per game over the two-win week. With her two 20-point performances this week, Harris now has six 20+-point games and 16 double-digit performances. The Hampton, Va. native was also named the Player of the Week on December 2. 
  Shaw averaged 20.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists while shooting 60.7 percent from the field and 44.4 percent from beyond the arc in 36.3 minutes per game over two contests last week for the Bonnies. Wednesday at Saint Joseph's, the Melbourne, Australia native registered 19 points on 8-for-14 shooting to go along with six rebounds and four assists. Saturday at Fordham, Shaw poured in a career-high 22 points, shooting 9-for-14 from the field to go with five rebounds in 38 minutes. Dayton's Arianna Smith averaged 20.5 points and 13.5 rebounds per game with her sixth and seventh double-doubles of the season in the win over Saint Louis and vs Richmond last week, putting up 23 and 11 against Saint Louis and 18 and 16 vs. Richmond ... Duquesne's Megan McConnell posted her seventh 20-point outing of the season in helping Duquesne capture a 67-57 victory at La Salle, posting 20 points, four assists, three steals and two rebounds ... Dukes rookie Faith Walker enjoyed a career day off the bench for the Dukes in helping them win its second straight contest, posting 10 points, five rebounds, one assist, one block, and one steal in a victory at La Salle on Wednesday morning. Fordham's Taylor Donaldson scored 19 points on eight-of-15 shooting to top St. Bonaventure ... La Salle rookie Joan Quinn averaged 18 points and nine rebounds per game against Duquesne and Saint Joseph's, recording 13 points and 12 rebounds against Duquesne and scoring 23 against the Hawks ... Rhode Island's Harsimran "Honey" Kaur averaged a double-double in Rhody's 2-0 week, pairing 16.0 points with 13.5 rebounds per game to lead the Rams to wins over Massachusetts (60-58) and Loyola (67-49) ... Richmond's Maggie Doogan delivered her second double-double of the season in a stellar performance against Dayton, finishing with 26 points, 11 rebounds, six assists and three blocks and then posted 14 points, seven rebounds, five assists and three steals against Loyola Chciago ... Saint Joseph's Laura Ziegler averaged 15.5 points, 14.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game in a 2-0 win for the Hawks on 53.8% shooting from the field, posting 17 points and 15 rebounds against the Bonnies and had a 14-point, 13-rebound effort against La Salle ... Saint Louis' Kennedy Calhoun averaged 11.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3.5 steals in her games this week, with a quadruple nickel against Dayton with 13 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, and 5 steals
