WASHINGTON – The Atlantic 10 Conference has named Davidson fifth-year Connor Kochera its Men's Basketball Player of the Week. Saint Joseph’s freshman Dasear Haskins chosen as the league’s Rookie of the Week. The awards were announced Monday and are for games played Dec. 23-29.
Connor Kochera had a career-high 34 point game against Eastern Michigan to lead Davidson to its 10th win of the non-conference season. The guard and team captain from Arlington Heights, Ill., shot 11-of-13 (.846) from the field and 3-of-4 (.750) from beyond the arc while grabbing five rebounds and three assists.
Haskins was in double figures for the third time this season with a career-high seven rebounds as the Hawks beat Delaware State 76-58. He went 6-for-7 (.857) from 2-point range and was 6-of-12 (.500) from the field. The guard from Willingboro, N.J. also added a block in the contest.

Dylan Warlick had career highs of nine points and a team-high six rebounds against William Woods the six rebounds tied for the team lead.
