NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Atlantic 10 Conference has named Saint Joseph’s sophomore Kaelin Cash as its Softball Player of the Week. George Mason’s Aly Rayle was named Pitcher of the Week and her freshman teammate Elyssa DeRosa was selected as the league’s Rookie of the Week. The awards were announced Tuesday and are for games played Feb. 20-26.
Over five games at the Chanticleer Showcase, Cash hit .375 with three RBI, six hits and a pair of home runs.
