CHICAGO, Ill. - The sixth-seeded Dayton Flyers advanced to the Semifinals of the Atlantic 10 Men's Soccer Championship Saturday evening, edging out the third-seeded Loyola Chicago Ramblers in penalty kicks, 5-4.

With the win, the Flyers earn a date with fourth-seeded Davidson on Wednesday, Nov. 8 on the Wildcats' campus.

The Ramblers got on the board first in the 30th minute behind a perfectly headed ball from Marc Torrellas off a corner kick to give LUC a 1-0 advantage that held into the break.

Dayton came out on fire in the second half applying pressure and breaking through just seven minutes into the frame as Sidike Jabateh scored the equalizer. Less than two minutes later, the Ramblers went ahead again as Julian Cisneros found the back of the net in the 54th minute for a 2-1 score.
