NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Atlantic 10 will tip off the 2021-22 women's and men's basketball seasons with its Basketball Media Days, which will air live on ESPN+ Wednesday, Oct. 27 and Thursday, Oct. 28.

Finkelstein the ESPN+ broadcast will feature interviews with coaches and student-athletes and Q&A segments with A-10 beat writers and national media joining by zoom. It marks the first time in over a decade that the Atlantic 10 will host a combined men's and women's basketball Media Day. The show will cover all 28 A-10 basketball programs.
The broadcast will begin at 8:30 am ET on Wednesday with the reveal of the A-10 Preseason Poll and Preseason Awards for both women's and men's basketball. George Washington will then take the stage for the first segment at 8:45 am.
Atlantic 10 Commissioner Bernadette V. McGlade will also be interviewed on the show on Thursday at 2:30 pm, and both basketball championship venues will be showcased at 2:15 pm on Thursday. La Salle Athletic Director Brian Baptiste will be join the show on Wednesday at 1:45 pm to discuss the Atlantic 10 Commission on Racial Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
Additionally, the media show will be supplemented by wraparound content on the A-10 social media platforms and preview capsules on each team leading up to the start of the season on Nov. 9.
