Elizabeth Allred, Registered Dietician

Davidson College

Elizabeth is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics.  She has been at Davidson College since 2008.  Prior to Davidson, Elizabeth worked as a Certified Personal Trainer and Dietitian for 4 years, and as a Dietitian and Clinical Educator in the medical setting for 8 years.  She received her B.A. from the University of Virginia and Masters of Public Health in Nutrition from UNC-Chapel Hill.  Elizabeth takes a holistic approach when working with student-athletes and values collaboration with coaches, athletic trainers, counselors and other important influences in their lives.  Elizabeth's passion is helping Davidson scholar-athletes reach maximal health and athletic performance both on and off the playing fields.
