"Real Talk: An Open Discussion"

In the context of the current pandemic, our student-athletes are experiencing and navigating unique challenges that may be negatively impacting their emotional and mental health. Some of these challenges include the loss of the sports season and competition; decreased motivation, structure and physical activity; disrupted relationships and connections with teammates; uncertainty about the upcoming sports season and academic year; financial difficulties, tensions and conflicts related to being at home; and the implications and impact of social inequities. We invite you to join us for an open-ended, "real talk" conversation to discuss any of these topics (or really anything else that's impacting your own or your peers' mental and emotional health and well-being).
