The student-athletes of the Atlantic 10 Conference, through the A-10 Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and each school's campus SAAC are participating in a week-long celebration of diversity and inclusion. Wednesday was the third day of this campaign.
This celebration is part of the NCAA's Diversity and Inclusion Social Media Campaign, which is being conducted by the association's Minority Opportunity and Interests Committee and the national SAAC. The goal of this campaign is to use social media to create a dialogue on diversity and inclusion and to communicate the benefit of inclusive environments to the student-athlete experience.
Each day has a unique theme, and each day Atlantic10.com will showcase social media posts from A-10 student-athletes related to this theme. Wednesday’s theme is "The Facts, " which is about sharing diversity statistics, facts and figures.
