NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The Atlantic 10 Conference has named George Mason sophomore Kent Harrison its Player of the Week, while Saint Louis sophomore Patrick Schulte earned Defensive Player of the Week. Davidson freshman Adam Luckhurst took home Rookie of the Week accolades. The awards, announced Monday and presented by Biosteel, are for games played March 8-14.

Harrison, a Newcastle, Austalia, native, scored his first two goals with the Patriots last week. The forward scored both goals in a span of 1:21 (47th and 48th minute) early in the second half at Davidson to give the Patriots a 2-0 lead. He collected three shots on goal in the match.

Schulte recorded two saves for the shutout victory against Dayton. It was the second straight shutout and fourth of the season for the St. Louis, Mo. product, and second Defensive Weekly honor this season.

A freshman from Santa Barbara, Calif., Luckhurst helped rally the 'Cats from a two-goal deficit to earn a 2-2 (2OT) draw in their conference opener with George Mason Sunday. Luckhurst netted his first career strike in the 75th minute and provided the equalizer shortly after. Through four contests, the first-year forward leads the 'Cats in goals scored, assists and total points.
